Status of FF & old BOD?

OK! Are the BOD of record (supposedly resigned) been "re-activated" with the cancelling of Chapter 7 by the court? Is the trustee for the BK still have a place or does the court decision put him out also?

Our Nashville group (about 5M shs) is very interested in finding answers to these questions. Also, is "sman" included in consideration for a new BOD?
