Upon the application by the trustee in bankruptcy to employ an auctioneer, and good cause appearing therefor,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1. The trustee is authorized to employ: Jeff Bloom, Fischer Auction Co. Inc.,

as auctioneer for the trustee for the sale of: 5 servers, 1 iMac computer, 3 monitors, assorted software,

1 printer, 1 metal cart, QuickBooks software 2012 (x2), QuickBooks software 2016, HP Logic

Analyzer 1663C, HP Logic Analyzer 1662CS, BK Precision Triple Output DC Power Supply (x3),

BK Precision Function Generator 3011B, Lanier 2/power pack, Linksys Wireless G Router,

Watts Model ETX-15 Pressurized Expansion Tank w/Diaphragm.

2. The compensation of said auctioneer is fixed at 10% of gross sales, and expenses are authorized in

an amount not to exceed $300.00. A twelve percent (12%) buyer's premium is also added to all

sales wherein the buyer is paying with cash, or a fifteen percent (15%) buyer's premium is added to

all sales wherein the buyer is paying by credit card, of which two percent (2%) is paid to Proxibid for

online bidding services.

3. Payment to the auctioneer of the compensation and reimbursement of the expenses herein

authorized shall be made only after compliance by the auctioneer with Local Bankruptcy Rule 6005

and notice to creditors as required by Local Bankruptcy Rules 2002 and 6005-4.

4. The trustee shall serve a copy of the within order on the auctioneer.
