The company is salvaged through private means ...pays minimum carrying costs to stay alive.... while it waits out any legislation that might come through Congress to change the detrimental issues of AIA.

We are not being beat by Fred only, the IP is worthless until something happens to AIA to unwind that process that is detrimental to small business.
