No one's going to offer to buy this company because of AIA..... would you gamble buying IP that is jammed up due to Congressional considerations, that may or may not resolve back to Federal jurisdiction?

In my opinion, this is why Fred hinted under question.... that the tech is worthless. It's worthless, yet it's not worthless as there is  still a substantial amount of wait out time life remaining.
