Thing is, at this time, because of AIA, licensing the root IP technology to a "water sensing" initiative... or any initiative would be worthless. A developer would beat you down through the USPTO IPR process as it stands.

Just like all the companies that were litigated for IP infringement for both 108 flash memory issues and the NUNCHI issues..... they beat us because of AIA legislation.

The patents are worthless until AIA changes... or someone explains to me exactly what happened with the Google case that says different. To what degree did we get a licensing agreement with Google?
