In his opposition, the Trustee argues that the estate lacks the resources to adequately separate and store the digital information but suggests that the creditor hire an ombudsman to take possession of the data/documents, at his own expense, so that a neutral party can separate personal payroll information from the corporate information that concerns Movant. In his reply, Movant appears amenable to this arrangement. The Court will appreciate a clarification of the parties' positions.
