I just submitted a complaint with the SEC regarding the fradulent actions of Edig.  You go to www.sec.gov and look for a link to file a complaint.  It takes about 15 minutes to fill out.  As with the letters to the trustees, the squeakiest wheel might get the grease.  Not counting on it, but it made me feel good to file it.  I recently read an article about a person that was convicted of bankruptcy fraud and they got a year in jail.  I heard when our core of investors was successful in getting the bankruptcy dismissed that the success rate of such an effort was only 3%.  It seems to me that the proper legal entities might find it interesting that the bankruptcy filing was dismissed and found to be invalid by the trustee.
