Thank you for the recent updates and your efforts.

We now know that SEC has closed the door on EDIG file/market-activity.

Does anyone know anything that there's a SEC litigation (against EDIG Insurance Company or anyone else EDIG-related)? 

From the looks of it, there is NOT, and the SEC has much bigger fish to fry rather than worrying about the little EDIG fraudester-gang.
