Sorry to be so dogmatic here, but why did`t the buying entity say to FLCR buy all you can at $.30? or ??? We will try it there and if nothing shakes loose we will raise the Ask until we can shake out some shares... $.31...next, $32 Etc

If you were the buyer and felt EDig was a good value at the high at the time of $.33 wouldn`t you ask your broker (FLCR)

to see if it could be gotten a little cheaper, especially if we all agree the buyer is ``accumulating`` a large amount of shares... I sure would...

I don`t know about you but the scenario described is not one where you put in a limit order for all you can get without saying to your broker, ``OR BETTER``...
