Looks like game over.

Lots of docs the past 2 days. Three thing occurring. The worse is the noncompliance of the agreement with the IRS to publish monthly statements by April 1. So the IRS submitted the chapter 7 conversion.

Second was GAC requesting the removal of Terry Lynch and placing FG under a trustee. Third was ordering Terry Lynch for examination of breaking the BK code. None of these are good for the SH.

We will see if there is a last minute stop of the chapter7 conversion. But I think the chances are slim.
