Perhaps you are misunderstanding the sec filings and and company PRs ... then again, maybe you are posting on the wrong stock board...

At no time in the last year have I seen profitable parts of the company being "sold off"

At no time in the last year have I seen mention of "liquidation"

I have seen several "acquisitions"

I have seen positive 10-K SEC filings where "cash flow" and "profits" are concerned......

And now the most recent information relates to the first of two "spinoffs" that would remain the property of existing shareholders of FLIP ...

Please do not misinterpret this action as a "selloff" or a "liquidation"...the shares of the spinoffs are initially owned by FTS Group (FLIP)...with the promise of dividends in the new entity as "shares" in the new company being distributed to existing shareholder of FLIP
