Tried phoning SG's cell...no answer....FTS Group main number....no answer (just the computer saying leave a msg)....Elysium...same BS...

sounds ominous to say the least....normally they would have filed a NT-10Q specifying a delay...I guess they needed longer than the 5 days following...
