AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Have a great Sunday, especially those of you like me that are celebrating Orthodox Easter ... As well as those of you who are also like me and mourning another Maple Leafs Game 7 exit ... Ugggh!

Sincerely,

George et al

ANNUAL RETURN OFFICIALLY OVERDUE!

Futuremedia plc was due to file it Annual Return on 4th Jan 2010, which according to Companies house it did not do.

See http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/2dd59558d03c9abcaadfd02381efb72b/compdetails

The following guidance is provided by UK Government:

"Every company must deliver an annual return to Companies House at least once every 12 months. The company's director(s) and the secretary (where applicable), are responsible for ensuring that they deliver the annual return to Companies House within 28 days after the anniversary of incorporation of a company or of the anniversary of the made-up date of the last annual return.

If you do not deliver the company’s annual return, the Registrar might assume that the company is no longer carrying on business or in operation and take steps to strike it from the register.

Remember: It is a criminal offence not to deliver the company's annual return within 28 days of the made-up date, for which Companies House may prosecute the company and its officers."

We can therefore hope that the penalty suggested is being actively considered and that Arrest Warrants are about to be issued, IMHO along with permanent disbarment from holding Directorships in any UK or EU listed companies are about to wing their way out to the relevant individuals and that extradition proceedings wil be enjoined for those US residents to who this may apply...

Just because this company is on the pinksheets in the US does not exempt it from filngs in the UK and unless various people wake up to this, they are in real danger of incuring major personal damage to careers and status.
