Geo Minerals Expands West Blackwater Property

GEO MINERALS LTD. (TSX VENTURE: GM)(FRANKFURT: 8G3) ("Geo" or the "Company") reports it has acquired two additional mineral claims both adjacent to, and in the vicinity of, the 100 per cent owned West Blackwater property located approximately 150 kilometers south of Vanderhoof, B.C.

Claim number 834998 comprises 426.3 hectares and is contiguous on the eastern boundary with the Company's West Blackwater property. The Company has uncovered significant soil geochemical anomalies (see PR dated December 14th, 2010) within 150 meters of the common boundary.

Claim number 834367 comprises 484.1 hectares and is located north of the West Blackwater property, separated by a narrow (450 meter) claim owned by Richfield Venture Ltd. (RVC-TSX: V), which follows the access road.

To acquire 100% of the properties Geo will pay the vendor $25,000 plus issue 100,000 common shares.

A finders fee will be payable.

This transaction is subject to TSX Venture approval.
