It could be that the IFFCO and the selling party have agreed on a price off line (say .60) and are now executing the sales and purchases at .60

The selling party must be a <10% holder as there are no form 4's being filed, only by the buying party.

IMO its major churning/share re-allocating going on...lets hope IFFCO supports the .60
