Conversation with Tracy

Had a decent conversation with Tracy today. Briscoe VP with Mayo is in align with their JV strategy and exploration plans. Mayo just need the funding.

Director resigning - he was brought on to do the financing. Look where that has take us. Good news is not that he was not compensated.
