Meanwhile, it has been months since they announced an out-of-court settlement with their partner?, EuroGas, and still TMBXF hasn't seen anything that I know of that would indicate that Tombstone has any part of the cash or drilling expenses promised.

I do believe TMBXF has some good prospects, they just haven't been any more successful - to date - at securing funds for drilling than has their neighbor, Liberty Star.
