Permits are good until 9/29/16(if not extended)...about 6 months. So if each drill hole takes 2 weeks we're looking at 5 months until completed. That is of course they don't use 2 or more drills at same time and depending on depth too.

I do believe news on financing will be sooner rather than later.

I really think financing for drilling was just waiting until S-1 was in place and all the steps have been put in place.
