"He must has something good to say about Brett Gross CA with several parties"

Because 3 or more parties have signed confidentiality agreements does not mean the company can say anthing more about them in any way at all.  I fact, they can't, though they may be able to repeat what they've already said.  Moreover, signing a CA does not bring with it any obligation on the other party to do anything at all, other than to keep quiet about what they learn, if they choose to learn/study anything shown to them.

In other words, the other party/parties could have only a passing curiosity toward learning more about the geology of the Hay Mountain area - perhaps to help them elsewhere -, or merely to advise others higher up in a very much larger organization about what in house experts think once they have concluded their studies (if they get into them at all).

While it is a good sign that multiple CAs are in hand, it is not a time to be looking for results to follow so soon after learning this news.  If there is to be positive action from this/these, please understand that the technologists who will be looking at LBSR's material are not likely to be under any pressure to perform quickly.  Even if they do, their superiors will have to review and discuss the finding/recommendations before moving the possiblity for making an offer to their legal division(s).  And Hay Mountain is not likely to be the only project they are looking at at any one time.

Then, as you may know, attorneys work under the impression that they have to justfiy their existence by never being to quick to make deals.  A lot of paper has to be generated before an offer can be presented, assuming an offer is made.

If/when an offer is made we will know about it should our BOD consider it "reasonable" as defined by SEC - not all offers have to be disclosed when justifiably rejected.  If an offer happens, if will likely have around a 30-day window for a response.  Then, a lot more excitment could follow if it spurs additional, better offers.  Having said that, we are still a little too early in this process to begin looking for anything like that, let alone a signed deal.

News on an offer will happen when it happens, you can't push for it.
