Combining Classic Mineral Exploration with State of the Art Technology

That appearance at the Money Show last year was about selling a private offering of shares, not so much about finding a partner/partners.  Given the CAs signed since that event, there is much less need to self finance drilling at Hay Mountain.

Shareholders may have been better off my now had last year's Money Show developed the funds needed, but it appears this sort of speculation - in this market at this time - requires money from sources more understanding, as in other organizations well schooled in mineral exploration.  Hence, the current situation, not that private money is unwelcome.

In fact, there is much more to be explored here than just Hay Mountain, and there are on-going operating expenses as well - salaries, rent, claim fees, etc.  Maybe a push for private money again later, but the focus now must be on the potential partner/partners as we get closer to inking a deal.

When that happens, I think the lid will blow off the share price.
