Appreciate and agree with your thoughts. I think the only thing that might hasten a decision for a deal would be competition- if there were a possibility of loosing a potential deal because someone else might get there first.  Now I well know that big producers look at the long view, but I think if there were some closer horizon excitement and momentum, more players might enter the picture. I think it would take- and this is just a subjective feeling- the POC to rise to about $3.50- back to where it was a few years ago- to give a feeling of momentum towards a yet further increase. It's just an optimistic sense- but I think if the POC got there- we might have a deal in the offing. Now- if it would only get there.
