Also, I think this news re-affirms my earlier speculation that potential partners may have been waiting for LBSR to secure these new claims, given that LBSR had been sharing what was shown by ZTEM flown over the Hay Mountain area.  Now that the project area has been fully secured, and assuming there are partners to be had, more serious news in this regard is more likely to come quite soon.
