I don't think the "thing" Jim Briscoe has done is yet done. This change frees him to manifest the thing better than ever before.

I have spent some time with Brett Gross, and I don't think he would take on a job like this without seeing great opportunity. His current position (or recent) has been one of great responsibility, and I'm sure it is or has been highly rewarded.
