Sorry for any misunderstanding. I was merely underscoring your comment.

Let me add something more, however. We should find it interesting that while JB was CEO, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Geologist, those positions are now filled by three separate people, suggesting increasing workloads for each. If so, my first speculation as to why is because a partnership is in the making.
