In response to one other's speculation on this shuffle, I'd like to point out that nothing in the statement suggests that we are no closer to having a partner for Hay Mountain. Talks, and perhaps with multiple other companies, could be underway. Ethics and law, however, will not allow for any hint of that, until at least a memorandum of understanding has been signed. Whatever the situation, the need to fund operating costs continues, and a partnership is not likely to resolve that. It must continue.
