I can't see any benefit in reverse splitting to entice a partner or investor..  I can see that it could help in the destruction of the company.

In order for a share to be at $1,  we would have to reverse split 1,000 to one.  (ie your 5,000,000 shares down to 5,000 shares)  Once it's at $1, it has a LOT of room to drop.. and fast.  And with no structure that is exactly what it will do.

Investors can do the math.. playing with numbers is not the solution.  That was one of the things I liked about Briscoe.. he promised not to do that.  Hope this new management is the same.

Once we can see a positive future, then it's different, but not now.
