I think any investment would be at the subsidiary level, i.e., Hay Mountain LLC (or whatever it is called) and that's where the dilution would take place (e.g., we give up X% of the project).

An investment to fund initial drilling should, in my rough estimate, lead to a an increase of say 10-20 fold.

But we'd still be trading around 0.002 or .005+. That level is still unpallatable to many investors.

So, at that time, a reverse split of say, 10 or 20 to-1 might make sense to bring in more 'normal' investors. If drilling is positive, the rest should take care of itself and then dilution to fund operationg costs will be at much more tolerable levels.
