On one hand I am not impressed by the amount of "skin in the game". Many, if not most, of us here on this page have invested multiples of the totals of those amounts, sans the $53K promissory note. So $5k, $10k, $11k isnt very much when considering these are the people who are supposed to have the most intimate knowledge of data related to Hay Mountain. However, theres no guarantee that LBSR will even exist when the notes mature, so it is a bit promising. Again, it isnt very much money considering what the return could be. So why such a small amount? That much wont get the company very far down the road, but it could get them to the next gas station. So the small amount could reflect their knowledge of the very near future, or not.
