Absolutely agree on the R/S. Unfortunately I have owned a number of penny stocks that tried the R/S route and NOT ONE, IMO, worked. The stock price always went down to the pre-R/S price. It is a sign of weakness. It is putting lipstick on a pig. Only one company I can think of offhand that did an R/S that "worked" was Citigroup after the crash, and LBSR is not Citi.
