Yes but it will mean everything to Jr EXPs, early stage mining startups.  The really Big EXPs and Mining outfits are pretty much already for the onslaught, meaning they can hit a curve ball over the plate perhaps at 111 MPH.  Little guys here need to be alert so as not to get crushed out into juice.  In front of us is/are the BABY steps of respect for GOLD to fiat,,trust says fiat gets swollowed by a gold backed fiat thus (fiat) becomes an oxymoron.  Let us work alone on this one!
