This very strongly suggests the reason why the warehouse recently went on month-to-month tenancy (from being under lease).  It was in anticipation of vacating the premises, which by this news seems to have been the case.  If so, this has two implications for shareholders.

1.  The monthly liability to pay for a warehouse/office has been greatly reduced*, and

2.  there seems little need for such in the near term.

As to point no. 2, I fear that also may mean that we are no closer to having a partner in the near future than we were months ago.

* This presumes that the new downtown Tuscon office space is very small and/or shared, or there would have been little other motivation for the move.
