"Why should we think otherwise?"

Because rent is/was the biggest part of the operating budget putting heavy pressure on the continuing need to dilute shareholder interest.  We know that the company has been in a cost-cutting mode in recent weeks, so giving up the warehouse would just be an important continuation of that. 

While I could be wrong, it's also not the end of the world.  ... more like a re-birth.
