First, no money show and now this. So either someone is getting greedy and trying to penny pinch or, and what I personally think, they've already got something lined up and there's no need to spend the extra. I still think it has something to do with China and as soon as a trade deal is reached then we might see something. Of course I am most likely wrong and would be happy with a deal with almost anyone.
