I just noticed that change too when trying to find LBSR here. This trading is exactly what I mentioned the other day. Unless the financers become sellers, the volume is low. Current shareholders buy and sell a little bit but no urgency to buy more shares when many of us have millions. Not many new buyers. So the .003/.004 seems the default. But as soon as the financers get some shares, they dump them and the lower price--even that .0001 brings interest--again (I think) from mostly current investors.
