Today we have a new closing high price from late 2017.  I wish volumes were higher, but it is hard to complain about a rising share price under any circumstance.  

By the way, buying seems calculated, unrushed, and surprisingly persistent, suggesting that someone knows that news is coming, though perhaps not immediately.  JMHO
