Very encouraging!  I don't know what is driving all this, but at this point it seems unlikely to be pumping.  That would seem to imply, as you suggested, that someone is slowly scooping up shares.  I suspect that the relatively low volume is largely due to the "strong hands" you have referred to before amongst LBSR shareholders.  Having said that, it is nice to see volumes consistently in the 10-15 million range for a period of time.
