Saw several large blocks bought at  0018 so far today.  Based on recent steady buyng, I am cautiously betting that significant and serious talks are are going on with somebody or have already concluded and not yet formalized for public desemination.    Accumulation of this stock is too significant to ignore.   I guess we will find out if the accumulation and higher prices are justified.
