Just to be clear, I'm not advocating for a deal at any price either. I'm not sure that you were really responding to me, but I was merely offering possible reasons for why a deal hasn't been struck yet. Having said that, if it comes to the point where it is time to shut the doors or make a less than desirable deal, then I imagine that they would swallow that pill rather than have a 100% loss. We shareholders, however, do not have the necessary information to make that call. For all we know, there could be a great deal about to be signed. So, for anyone to make the call for a terrible deal seems premature to me.
