That’s okay. Good for emphasis and worth repeating. I agree and hope that as commodity prices increase it will spur competition among those who might otherwise be waiting but might now want to jump in as soon as possible. It’s the best antidote to the otherwise circling vultures we’ve talked about. Instead of watching and waiting, hopefully, they’ll decide they can’t afford to wait because they’ll want to edge out the competition who they might fear would grab a position before them.
