"As of June 1, 2019, Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp. (“the Company”) has extended all warrants issued by the Company and expiring in June & July 2019 by three years, effective June 1, 2019.

The expiration date of any warrant issued by Liberty Star expiring during the month of June & July 2019 is extended for an additional three years. All other terms of the warrants, including the exercise price, remain unchanged."
