Yes indeed they would.  All prudence in the predrilling investing is cautionary and necessary.  Even an positive announcment will be very preliminary is spance as to what it will cover.  Namely in that Field Geologist James Briscoe has held this "INFANT" very close to the chest and if/when it goes forward you can bet it will really be James Legacy and well earned over the many decades that He has held this "project/his infant".  But it is going to be very pleasant when they send up the sparklers!
