Absolutely a positive if this is what it is. Looks like it slowed down quite a bit today even though the current S/P is up another tick. I keep watching for that kind of activity that preceded the 2010 news with dramatic increase in S/P and high volume. But who knows? Maybe this time it will sneak up on us.
