Volume in LBSR so far today is quite low for putting a lot of faith in this, but it is looking like the strength in the stock is running counter to the trend in gold and silver prices.  It suggests to me that there is indeed a new fundamental undercurrent going on here, that news may not be far away.

Another indicator suggestive of this is that chatter here has fallen away to nearly nothing.  Things happen seem to happen when most people are not looking.
