Assuming that VP and many others are correct that copper is less relevant now and in the near future while gold and silver will become much more valuable, how does this affect the negotiations?

I'm assuming that if, when negotiations started, it was with parties that were more interested in copper and perhaps even rare earths and cobalt.  I'm wondering if the reason things are taking so long as that the "suitors" have changed somewhat as companies with more of a gold and silver focus may have taken center stage while the others may have decided to hold off for now.  This would have the effect of starting negiations all over again.  Of course, there could be some overlap in interest with some companies, so it isn't entirely an either/or proposition in all cases.
