Cobalt and rare earth elements are in the tank, forget them (except as by products).  In regards to Hay Mountain as a copper mine, it could still happen.  It depends on what drilling shows.  if we have bonanza grades of copper, that could ensure our market by driving others out of business as deflation continues, particularly those without significant additional credits for gold and silver.
