Thanks for that.  The appointment makes a little more sense now; I am forced to qualify what I said earlier.

Where I said, "Still, where are the explorations on the board, developers, promoters, etc.?", should be changed to read,

"Where are the career explorationists on the board, developers, promoters, etc.?"

I do not intend disrespect for any of our board members.  They are imminently all qualified in their fields, but none have devoted their careers to mineral exploration, or mine development, or mining company promotion (a la Robert Friedland).  These are where our board appointments should be coming from at this time, at least in my outsider opinion.
