I will have to further digest this statement, but my initial impression is that it is a big plate of nothing, with two exceptions. 

1) As we have been watching the news from Chile, wherein is located the world's largest copper producers, they are now clearly out of the picture in regards to prospective partners for Hay Mountain, though they may come back much later.  Let us pray that we don't have to wait.  In the meantime, I have the impression that no other party is at hand where negotiations are well advanced.  That raises questions I will address when I revisit this topic later today or tomorrow.

In summary, I give this statement a "Two thumbs down". 

2) It is heartening to ferret an understanding that we were dealing with the upper crust of global mining.  Credit for this must accrue to JB and no one else.
