I'm with you. Confused about the 180 degree turn (some of) the posters on this board seem to have made lately.

So far I like what I see from the new management better than what the company went through before. To me the steps I'm seeing being communicated feel more like a plan is in place and actions are being taken to follow that plan. Much more than before.

Is that a guarantee we will succeed? No. Does it give me a little more confidence with regards to the chances of succeeding? Yes.

Is it refected in the current SP? No, but what's new? We all know by now that the only thing that counts is the first drill hitting the ground. More specifically the first drill hitting the ground on our claims.

I feel like BG is paying the price on this board for years of built up frustration. Frustration generally not resulting from his actions. 

Well, as always, just my 2 cents. Please do accept my apologies for being too optimistic for this board.
