This company and we, its shareholders, deserve a CEO/President who will provide a full time, intensive and full bore effort to bring Hay Mountain to fruition. It is not sufficient for someone to be "dabbling" on weekends as his main work schedule allows. I address the question to Brett Gross directly to specify how much time and effort he devotes to LBSR as compared to his other endeavors. A more or less competent engineer can make up grandiose plans in ones spare time. But it takes much more time, energy and devotion to get out on the hustings and drum up and conclude a deal. If this is not his first priority, then he should step down and make way for someone who will devote his full time and energy to obtaining funding for drilling.
