FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

TUCSON, AZ–(Dec 5, 2019)–Liberty Star Minerals (“Liberty Star” or the “Company”) (OTCPK: LBSR) today announced that the Arizona State Land Department informed the Company that its applications for thirteen (13) additional Mineral Exploration Permits (MEPs) in the vicinity of our central, and primary, mineralization target at the Hay Mountain Project (the “Project”) have been approved.

As discussed in the Company’s October 21st update (Liberty Star adds over 9 square miles to the Hay Mountain Project), these MEPs represent the addition of 9.24 sq. miles to the Company’s land position related to the Project and solidify badly needed Project development flexibility and security in the long term.

Comments President/CEO Brett Gross, “This is another very significant step forward in securing the Company’s future and its ability to develop the Project into what we believe will be one of the most significant contributors to this country’s critical, strategic mineral security of this generation.”
